The Modular Structure of Learning

Working translation. Synchronized with the Russian corpus as of 2026-10-25. Canonical formulas are binding only in the Russian original; publication — after human review.

A supplement to the Covenant. This is a map for independent reading after the route of the first month, not a second program: if you are walking the route — walk it; the modules will serve after day thirty. The pace is your choice; there are no counters or completion marks here.

The path to the One is not a race but a gradual immersion. We have built a modular structure that helps you master the teaching at a comfortable pace. Each module builds on the previous one and opens new horizons.

Week 1: Foundations

Goal: Understand the essence of the teaching and try the practices on yourself.

Days 1-2: Getting to know the Covenant

Days 3-4: First practices

Days 5-7: Integration

Result of the week: You understand the foundations of the teaching, have tried the practices, and have made the first steps on the path.

Month 1: Deepening

Goal: Consolidate the habits and deepen the understanding of the teaching.

Week 1: Morning practices

Week 2: Evening practices

Week 3: The practice of silence

Week 4: Integration

Result of the month: You have consolidated the daily practices, deepened the understanding of the teaching, and begun applying the spiritual practices.

Quarter 1: Integration

Goal: Integrate the teaching into all aspects of life and become an example for others.

Month 1: Mindfulness in everyday life

Month 2: Relationships and community

Month 3: Creation and service

Result of the quarter: You have integrated the teaching into your life, become an example for others, and are ready for the next level of growth.

After Quarter 1

When you complete the first quarter, you will see the result not in badges but in life: in what has become habit and what has been repaired. By that moment:

What next?

After the first quarter you can:

  1. Continue deepening: Walk the next modules, study the Canon and the Catechism.
  2. Become a mentor: Help beginners on their path.
  3. Create your own community: Gather a group of like-minded people, hold meetings.
  4. Develop new practices: Offer the community your own forms of the pause of silence and the diary of thoughts and deeds — through discussion, like every form.

Remember: the path to the One is endless. Every day is a new chance to learn, create, grow. The modular structure helps you move forward, but your pace is your choice.
