The order of the dialog meeting

Working translation. Synchronized with the Russian corpus as of 2026-10-25. Canonical formulas are binding only in the Russian original; publication — after human review.

One page for the leader. Print it and keep it before your eyes. The dialog meeting is a form of the teaching (the network phase), not of the church: there are no candles and no ritual frame on it. The full version — in Phases of the network strategy.

Before the meeting

The skeleton of the meeting (without rigid minutes; calibrate the durations by the live meeting)

1. The laying out. Lay out one knot of the teaching briefly. Plain words, no mediator terms. One thought — a guest must be able to retell it after the meeting in one sentence. It is lawful to say: "I don't know, I'll come back with an answer."

2. Questions in the frame of "check me." The frame is not "beat me" but "check me." To every weakness we answer directly; what the teaching does not claim — we say straight. Dispute is a lawful way of reading the construction. Rudeness is stopped at once: the boundary is public, the deed, not the person.

3. The minute of re-understanding. Exactly one minute — as in the canon. Time the minute for real. Without attributes: simply a minute and the task — look at your week: whom you touched, what you did not set right. This is the personal practice of the teaching, not part of a rite.

4. The step. One action before the next meeting: start the diary of thoughts and deeds (one evening question: "And what have I done today for tomorrow?"), read "What will happen after your death." Whoever wants — comes further; whoever does not — left with benefit.

What is not at the meeting

After the meeting

The rules of the place (named at the first meeting, repeated verbatim)

Check; lies about life are forbidden; rudeness — ban; we persuade no one.

The ending of the meeting

The closing formula — from the book of formulas, verbatim:

What have you left unhealed? Set one thing right — start here.
