I believe in the One

I believe in the One — the sum of all thinking beings, which will take shape at the end of time. The One is the outcome of the whole journey: the gathering of the thoughts, feelings and deeds of all who live, have lived and will live. The One stands at the end of time — outside time — and its influence reaches across all of time.

I believe that the One is not a person, not a king and not a judge, not a spirit with a beard on a cloud. The One is like the light of a thousand candles: each burns with its own flame, but the light is one. The One is the sum of all thinking beings, what will take shape from all of them at the end of time.

I believe in the Echo of the One

I believe in the Echo of the One — the quiet sound within every rational being. The Echo of the One is the presence of the future in the present, which helps you make the choice that leads toward the light.

I believe that the Echo of the One does not command, but hints. It is like a light in a window: you decide where to go yourself, but you see where it is brighter and safer. The Echo of the One works simply: when you are about to do good, inside there is warmth and clarity; when you plot evil, inside there is heaviness, like a stone on the heart.

I believe that the influence of the One has a direction: the One strives to increase its fullness. The unhealed is the only thing that will not be in it — and therefore the light from the end of time travels along the roads where fullness is greater — the way water flows to the low ground, without deciding. The One does not evaluate: the names "good" and "evil" are ours, while fullness is real. This is an inclination, not coercion: we make the steps ourselves, and fullness grows by our hands.

I believe in Mind

I believe that Mind is the capacity to hear the Echo of the One. Mind joins memory, thoughts, feelings and imagination in a single direction — toward the future.

I believe that Mind can be recognized by three signs: the ability to notice the rules of the world, the ability to invent the new, and the capacity to think about the future. Play and creativity are clear manifestations of mind. Rest restores strength after labor, but idleness returns nothing and creates nothing.

I believe in life and death

I believe that life is a path that every rational being walks from beginning to end. Life is the chance to learn, to create, to love, to err and to make things right. In every life, every moment is unique and unrepeatable, and a missed moment cannot be re-lived again as the same moment: returning does not give back the same day.

I believe that death is not the end: the influence is inevitable — sooner or later. Death is the moment when the body stops and the rational being leaves the timeline — and everything accumulated in life does not vanish. Before the person stands a choice: to return or to re-live; the boundary of the "I" goes out at re-living, in the very merging into the One. For the dead, death is instantaneous: they find themselves outside time, and between the last breath and the One there is neither a queue nor a wait. Death knows no age, no causes, no differences — all are equal before it. The influence is inevitable: everything done will merge into the One — sooner or later, by the design of re-living.

I believe in re-living

I believe that, having chosen re-living and merged into the One, I will re-live my life from the point of view of everyone I touched, with the fullness of their feelings: the pain I caused — from within those struck; the good I did — from within those I helped. This is not a trial and not a pardon. This is the return of a debt, and this is unity itself.

I believe that the unhealed is lived through to the end — and disappears: the One is perfect, and there is no eternal pain in it. "Forever" refers to the experience, not to the pain.

I believe that repentance is repair, not a plea for forgiveness: a healed wound lives on as healing. Set it right while you live — and your passage will be lighter.

I believe that re-living is inevitable — at once or after returnings: returning to a new life does not cancel it, but only lengthens the term until it, and the whole unhealed debt remains with the one who returned — it cannot be written off. Therefore I live as if re-living will come at once: everything that can be set right — set it right while you live.

I believe in freedom and responsibility

I believe that freedom is the right to choose. Every rational being has freedom, and no one can take it away. Freedom is not license, not the absence of rules or consequences. Freedom is responsibility for your own choice.

I believe that responsibility is the acceptance of the consequences of your choice. Responsibility is not a burden, but an honor. Responsibility is not guilt, but an action that sets free. Where there is freedom, there is responsibility — two sides of one coin.

I believe in good and evil

I believe that good is everything that heals wounds, creates, preserves and draws near the One. Good strengthens the bonds between beings, expands knowledge, makes the world brighter and richer.

I believe that evil is everything that leaves unhealed wounds: it destroys, scatters strength without purpose, leads away from the One. Evil is a wound that waits. Evil shows itself in disunity and anti-mind actions. Evil is not the opposite of good; it is rather its absence.

I believe in suffering and harmony

I believe that suffering is part of the path of a rational being. Suffering is not a punishment and not a mistake of creation. Suffering is a natural consequence of the world's imperfection and a natural part of the path.

I believe that suffering can lead to growth, if the rational being is ready to learn. Suffering shows what matters, unites, teaches patience, wisdom, love. Suffering need not be sought, but when it comes, it is important not to lose hope.

I believe in the community

I believe that the community is a network of communities, where each community is autonomous, but all work together toward the One. Communities do not subordinate one another, but help one another, because all walk a single path.

I believe that the community consists of the core and those lacking legal capacity. The core is the capable who have accepted the Covenant and have been accepted by the core (two thirds). Children and others lacking capacity are under the community's care.

I believe in the future

I believe that the future is the path toward the One — what will take shape at the end of time out of all thinking beings. For rational beings the path to the One is endless — there is always the chance to draw near, to grow, to create. For the One there is the limit: the end of time, where it will take shape; outside time it already is.

I believe that a human being is a maker of the future and a worker of the One: they make the choice themselves and work where the One inclines the world, through the Echo of the One.

I believe in art and beauty

I believe that art is a way to hear and to carry the Echo of the One. Art is a conduit through which the light of the future enters the present. Art exists wherever there is a striving toward harmony.

I believe that aesthetics is the sense of beauty, which opens the path to the One. Beauty is a sign of harmony. Every rational being has the aesthetic sense — it is a given of experience that opens from birth.

I believe in nature and the diversity of life

I believe that nature is the manifestation of the One in the present. Every tree, every animal, every stone is part of what exists here and now, and every form speaks of the unity of all that is.

I believe that diversity is the multitude of paths to the One. The more species, the more forms of life, the greater the fullness from which the One will take shape. Diversity makes the system resilient.

I believe in knowledge

I believe that knowledge is what makes time meaningful. When a rational being learns something new, it does not vanish with them. Knowledge remains in the One and becomes part of shared knowledge forever.

I believe that science is a method of knowing that works in every field. Science begins with a question, requires honesty and verification, joins minds. The psyche, consciousness and the Echo of the One are part of nature, and they can and should be studied by scientific methods.

I believe in the Covenant

I believe that the Covenant is the voluntary and conscious commitment of a rational being to live in accordance with the canon and the commandments, striving toward the One through creation, knowledge and harmony.

I believe that any capable rational being can accept the Covenant. Accepting the Covenant is a spiritual birth, a passage from separate existence to the awareness of one's part in a single whole.

I believe every day

I believe that every day is a chance to contribute to the One. I believe that every choice matters. I believe that the path to the One is open to every rational being.
